residents of the City of Rockford informed on the status of labor
negotiations. As you review the content on this site, please
note that the material is subject to change as the negotiations
progress.
The Current
Bargaining page contains a brief description of the bargaining
sessions and upcoming negotiation dates. As the negotiations
progress, additional material will be posted.
The Resource
page contains the current contracts and initial proposals between
the City and the Unions representing the City's unionized work
force. The City's cost analysis will be posted to this
page as it becomes available. Proposals are continuously
modified and clarified throughout the course of negotiations, so
you may want to check back to see those updates and negotiations
continue.
